About The Position

Team Springfield Pie (SPI), a family-owned Domino’s franchise serving Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Wilbraham, and Ludlow, is hiring a Delivery Driver. The position offers estimated earnings of $17–$25 per hour, including employer-paid hourly wages and customer tips. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, delivery volume, and tips. Mileage reimbursement for required delivery driving is paid separately and is not included in that estimated range. Customer tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily. Flexible scheduling is available.

Drivers deliver customer orders safely and on time, provide friendly and professional customer service, and use GPS to navigate delivery areas. Between deliveries, they help inside the store with tasks such as taking orders, cleaning, and dishwashing. The role works as part of a fast-paced team. It uses a split hourly rate; Springfield Pie Inc. ensures drivers receive at least the applicable Massachusetts minimum wage for all hours worked. For eligible tipped delivery work, wages and tips are reviewed each shift, and the company pays any required minimum-wage shortfall.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
• Insurance must be in the applicant’s name or list the applicant as a driver.
• Social Security card and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic math and customer service skills.
• Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
