About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring delivery drivers to deliver customer orders and support store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to develop skills and grow within the organization. Drivers may use the position as a main job, supplemental work, or a job that fits around school and other commitments.

The position pays $17.13 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Team members receive paid training and employee discounts. Benefits eligibility depends in part on hours worked; health care benefits are available to full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week after applicable waiting periods. Dental and vision plans are available for purchase, and eligible employees may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Submit to a criminal background check.
• Have the navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multistory buildings and private homes.
• Use a personal phone for the Domino’s Delivery Driver in-store app.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
