About The Position
Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses, or use one of our company-provided vehicles (must be at least 21, have a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history). Safe driving record is a must. Our drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more efficient deliveries and more money. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible full-time and part-time shifts available.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
- Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.
- Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
- Minimum 2 years of driving history (to use company car).
- Must be at least 21 (to use company car).
