About The Position

Snoqualmie Domino’s is seeking delivery drivers to join their growing team. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $23 per hour, including mileage and tips, with a starting pay of $20.82 per hour. A full-time shift is available from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, and cleaning. Training is provided on the job. Drivers must possess strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math, and good eye-hand coordination for order processing. The work environment includes varying weather conditions, in-store temperature fluctuations, exposure to food odors and dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Essential sensing abilities include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating hot/cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make decisions. For drivers specifically, duties include delivering product by car and to the customer's door, and delivering flyers. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses. Drivers must be able to navigate various delivery sites, including multi-story buildings, while carrying product. Physical demands for drivers include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages during deliveries, driving within a designated area, walking between the store and vehicle and to the customer's location, and potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs. Drivers will also be exposed to varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
