About The Position

This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, and preparing products. The Delivery Driver will also be responsible for receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Daily cleaning of equipment and the facility is required. The position demands the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, make correct monetary change, and utilize verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing. Strong motor coordination for precise and rapid movements, along with the ability to enter orders via computer or touchscreen, is essential. The driver must be able to comprehend and provide written instructions, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers both in person and over the phone. Key responsibilities include delivering products by car to the customer's door, distributing flyers and door hangers, and possessing navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. The role also requires navigating various delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities
