About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide a friendly, engaging customer experience while taking orders and making deliveries. The role also supports store operations by preparing products to company standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, organizing inventory, and helping create a positive team environment. Drivers must safely operate a vehicle within the designated delivery area and use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws. Duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.

• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
