About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management. Drivers may deliver flyers and door hangers in addition to customer orders. Team members also perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and delivery sites, while carrying products.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements and perform manual tasks.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the described physical duties, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays, and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including through adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
Communicate with customers and coworkers by telephone and in person to process orders.
Make correct monetary change and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
