Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers on assigned routes in the Caseyville area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Handle packages carefully to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch about delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining service quality.
