About The Position

NAPA is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across a metropolitan area. The role involves safe, accurate, and timely deliveries; customer service and relationship building; vendor pickups; stockroom inventory; and support for store operations. Drivers use company vehicles and systems, follow traffic and safety rules, and help maintain delivery trucks and facility standards. Flexible scheduling may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. The posting describes opportunities for both part-time and full-time work.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and accurately processing returns.
Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and attentive listening.
Comfort navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, ensuring deliveries are on time and accurate.
Build customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service during deliveries.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Perform routine delivery-truck maintenance and cleanliness checks, including checking tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness.
Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, dispatching orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
