This role involves delivering food with excellent customer service using a reliable vehicle. When not on deliveries, the driver will assist in-store with tasks such as dishwashing, answering phones, and other miscellaneous duties. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations (36-90 degrees), food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, and sharp edges. Work may occur in cramped quarters and on varying floor types. Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting packages up to 50lbs, carrying items up to 30lbs, stooping, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs. The role also requires manipulating tools and dough with extended hand use, and sitting for administrative duties and online training. Sensory and communication requirements include speaking and hearing clearly, maintaining near and mid-range vision, and demonstrating accurate depth perception. Delivery responsibilities include delivering products by vehicle, transporting food and beverages, maintaining a clean and reliable vehicle, and tolerating weather exposure.
