About The Position

This role involves delivering food with excellent customer service using a reliable vehicle. When not on deliveries, the driver will assist in-store with tasks such as dishwashing, answering phones, and other miscellaneous duties. The position also requires ensuring food and team safety while operating store technology. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations (36-90 degrees), food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, and sharp edges. Work may occur in cramped quarters and on varying floor types. Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting packages up to 50lbs, carrying items up to 30lbs, stooping, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs. The role also requires manipulating tools and dough with extended hand use, and sitting for administrative duties and online training. Sensory and communication requirements include speaking and hearing clearly, maintaining near and mid-range vision, and demonstrating accurate depth perception. Delivery responsibilities include delivering products by vehicle, transporting food and beverages, maintaining a clean and reliable vehicle, and tolerating weather exposure. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Access to a reliable vehicle for deliveries
Must be 18 years or older
Team players ready for a fast-paced, fun environment
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift packages up to 50lbs and carry items up to 30lbs
Stoop, bend, reach, and climb stairs (5+ flights may be required)
Manipulate tools and dough with extended hand use
Sit for administrative duties and online training
Speak and hear clearly when communicating with customers and staff
Maintain near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks and long-distance/night driving
Demonstrate accurate depth perception and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces
Successfully complete required training and job orientation
Professionally communicate verbally with customers and staff both in-person and by phone
Comprehend and provide written instructions clearly
Demonstrate rapid, accurate hand-eye coordination
Calculate basic math and handle money with accuracy
Possess basic computer knowledge for order entry and administrative duties
