About The Position
Forbes Pharmacy - Pandora is looking for a part-time Delivery Driver to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia. The regular shifts will typically be scheduled between Monday and Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Shifts will be scheduled for two (2) days per week, with each shift lasting 5 hours daily. Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid and permanent provincial driver's licence with a safe driving record for the past 3 years.
- Driver’s abstract (dated within 30 days) required
- Candidates will be required to use their own reliable vehicle for deliveries. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
- First Aid and CPR certification is required.
- Trustworthy and dependable, with a high level of professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members
- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines accurately
- Ability to lift and maneuver large packages
- Criminal Record Check required
Responsibilities
- Perform pickups and deliveries of medications and medical supplies throughout Victoria.
- Maintains the safety and security of all cargo
- Complete delivery documentation and ensure delivery slips are signed and submitted.
- Lifts and maneuvers large packages as required
- Maintains accurate records
- Carries out additional duties assigned by the Pharmacy Manager
