About The Position
MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver based at 3320 N. Prospect Rd. #B in Peoria, United States. The role is responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety. Drivers operate vehicles, plan routes, transport packages, keep delivery records, and address customer inquiries and delivery issues. The position requires regular lifting and loading of packages weighing up to 50 pounds and the ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and evenings.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating delivery or commercial vehicles.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety compliance and maintenance requirements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and evenings.
- Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasks.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while following traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Plan and execute delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet schedules.
- Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights.
- Maintain delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and package documentation.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Use GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization.
- Promptly report vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
