About The Position
This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders via phone and in person. Responsibilities include taking inventory, cleaning, and ensuring accurate monetary transactions. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, as well as the ability to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations. Essential functions include using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry and possessing good motor coordination for precise movements. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, commercial dust, and cramped spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing and walking, lifting and carrying items up to 60 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, occasional climbing of stairs or ladders, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Hand tasks are continuous and may involve forceful use of forearms and wrists, pinching, and grasping various items. Tools and equipment used include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and rolling cutters. Additionally, the role requires delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing marketing materials, and possessing navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within a designated delivery area. This includes navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying products. Physical demands during delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the store and customer locations. Climbing stairs (five or more flights) may be required during deliveries. The work conditions involve exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Responsibilities

- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and doorhangers or any marketing materials
