About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. Drivers deliver products by car and to customers’ doors, deliver flyers and door hangers, and may perform general store team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and five or more flights of stairs when required.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying, reaching, bending, and handling store and delivery items.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to customer addresses using map-reading and navigation skills, including through adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
