About The Position

This is a full-time position responsible for delivering, organizing, and rotating product, collecting payments, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, completing and reconciling daily paperwork, and performing pre-trip vehicle inspections while adhering to safety policies. The driver will also maintain interdepartmental relationships and supervise an assigned assistant. Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate, and the position requires working most holidays with occasional weekend work possible.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a clear driving record.
• Possess a Class “A” CDL.
• Able to maintain a valid medical certificate in accordance with MCSR regulations 49 CFR 391.41 - 391.49.
• Highly professional with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to accurately attend to details and spot errors when reviewing load sheets and completing paperwork.
• Able to display a high energy level and demonstrate ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both individually and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ethical conduct.
• Able to perform basic math skills, including adding and subtracting numbers.
• Owns a compatible device (smart phone) capable of running an app to perform digital invoice activity.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Able to use equipment and materials properly.
• Able to reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, walk and occasionally climb when unloading trucks for delivery.
• Able to regularly lift or carry up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift full kegs, which weigh up to 170 lbs.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, push, pull or carry product and maneuver a dolly effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, organize, and rotate product.
• Collect required payment.
• Provide "best in class" customer service and develop outstanding customer relationships.
• Complete proper paperwork for each account and reconcile at the end of each day.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspection of vehicle.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain solid interdepartmental relationships with effective and consistent communication.
• Supervise the Assistant assigned to the route.
