About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and the facility, and delivering product by car to the customer's door. This role also involves delivering flyers and door hangers, requiring navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. The driver must be able to navigate various terrains and delivery sites while carrying product. The position requires strong mathematical, communication, and computer skills, as well as good hand-eye coordination.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
