About The Position
Domino's Pizza is seeking Delivery Drivers who are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Successful candidates will be responsible for completing food orders, navigating the delivery area, safely delivering products, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, drivers will be trained to take orders, handle cash transactions accurately, and use company equipment. This role also involves assisting with store cleanliness and stocking, performing duties similar to other entry-level employees.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Have driving records reviewed and meet Domino's standards.
- Provide proof of and maintain auto liability insurance.
- Driver's license must be in good standing (not suspended, revoked, or restricted).
Nice To Haves
- Ability to use Domino's specific equipment issued (car toppers, hot bags, jackets) display, return and properly store at the end of each scheduled shift.
Responsibilities
- Complete food orders before leaving the store.
- Know the store's delivery area and be able to read area maps.
- Safely drive to and from locations, delivering undamaged product.
- Greet customers in the restaurant or at their homes, projecting a positive image.
- Take pizza orders when not on a delivery.
- Accurately take phone, face-to-face, and computer orders.
- Perform effective cash handling, cash drops, and reconciliation.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Use and maintain company-issued equipment (car toppers, hot bags, jackets).
- Assist with keeping the store clean and stocked.
- Perform duties similar to other entry-level employees.
