About The Position

Domino’s is seeking friendly, dependable Delivery Drivers to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour in store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may advance to Assistant Manager or General Manager based on performance, training, and available positions. The role involves driving to deliver orders and assisting with store tasks, including taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. The physical demands include standing for most tasks, walking short distances, sitting to complete paperwork, and handling and moving food and supply deliveries. Team members may unload and lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds, carry ingredients and dough trays, push or pull trays on dollies, and occasionally use stairs or a ladder.

Requirements

Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
Motor vehicle record must meet company insurance standards; review is conducted after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
