About The Position

AR Pizza, LLC, an independent Domino’s Pizza franchisee, is hiring Delivery Drivers (also called Delivery Experts) to deliver customer orders and provide friendly, professional service. Drivers use either their own reliable vehicle or, where available, a company-provided delivery vehicle maintained by the store. The role also supports in-store operations, including preparing pizzas, running ovens, managing orders, answering phones, taking orders, and keeping the store clean and organized. The job offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities, and evening and weekend shifts are available. Advertised average earnings are $10–$18+ per hour, including hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement; actual earnings may vary based on shift and delivery volume. Tips and mileage reimbursement are available as daily cash, while hourly wages are paid through regular payroll.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license.
If using a personal vehicle, provide proof of current auto insurance.
If using a personal vehicle, have an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly during shifts.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver customer orders using a personal or company-provided vehicle.
Ensure orders arrive on time and provide excellent customer service.
Represent the Domino’s brand and provide friendly, professional service to customers.
Assist with pizza preparation, run ovens, and help manage orders.
Answer phones and take customer orders.
