About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders using their own vehicles. Drivers earn an hourly wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement. The company is willing to train new hires. Part-time work is available, schedules are flexible, and all shifts are available. Full-time employees become eligible for health benefits after six months. Applicants must meet the stated age and driving-history criteria and comply with the company's motor vehicle and background requirements. Drivers must be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and safely maneuver a vehicle in close quarters and congested traffic. Driving-record rules restrict the number and types of violations and at-fault accidents that are acceptable.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license; the company does not accept drivers without an officially stated license.
- At least two years of verifiable driving history, subject to the detailed age-based driving-history rules in the posting.
- Consistent work history.
- Ability to meet company compliance requirements related to motor vehicle records and any applicable DOT, CSA, or criminal background checks.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds on a frequent basis.
- No more than two driving-related violations in the two years immediately preceding the motor vehicle record evaluation, and no more than three in the preceding three years.
- No more than one at-fault accident in the three years preceding the motor vehicle record evaluation.
- Ineligible driving violations include leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, and eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
