About The Position

Delivery Drivers deliver customer orders safely and efficiently. In addition to driving, they perform store tasks such as washing dishes, folding boxes, preparing food for the day’s usage, and sweeping and mopping floors. During free time, they may answer phone calls, take orders, handle money, ensure order labels are placed on the correct boxes, and assist walk-in and drive-through customers. Eligibility requires a background check and driving MVR; applicants should contact the store for eligibility standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must have held a driver’s license for at least two years.
• Must provide vehicle registration and auto insurance that includes delivery coverage.
• Basic math skills for making change.
• Basic navigation skills.
• Ability to work well with other team members and management.
• Background check and driving MVR required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders from the store to customers’ doors safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers and provide customer service when delivering orders.
• Load and unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the vehicle.
• Collect payments and make change.
• Inform customers about new products and services.
• Wash dishes, fold boxes, prepare food for the day’s usage, and sweep and mop floors.
• Answer phone calls and take orders during free time.
• Handle money and ensure order labels are placed on the correct boxes.
• Assist walk-in and drive-through customers.
