About The Position

Delivery Drivers are described as Domino’s Pizza ambassadors who deliver products from the oven to customers’ doors. The role offers a base hourly wage of $17.00, plus cash tips and mileage reimbursement. Flexible scheduling may be available, including a few hours, weekends, or evenings, and the position can provide an introduction to delivery operations, customer service, and product preparation, with potential advancement into the Management Development Program. The driver must deliver within a designated area and be able to navigate addresses and adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery; vehicle must have valid registration, insurance, and inspection in the applicant’s name.
Valid U.S. employment authorization allowing work in the United States.
Basic math skills.
Friendly attitude and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and under stress.
Organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to follow company policies and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
Navigate to addresses using navigational skills and maps, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Provide customer service and respond to customer concerns.
Work cooperatively with the team and follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
Answer all store calls after the first ring.
