About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The role pays $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers also assist with in-store tasks, including taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Health insurance and a 401(k) are available subject to eligibility and plan terms. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Meet the company’s driver eligibility requirements.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
• Meet the motor vehicle record standards required by the company’s insurer; the review occurs after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
• Have strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
