About The Position

This hourly store team member role includes delivery work and general store duties. The position pays $17.13 per hour, plus mileage and tips, with cash tips paid daily. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The work involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Driver and store management team members also perform the general duties and physical tasks described in the posting.

Requirements

Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate eyes, hands, and fingers to make rapid, accurate movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Meet the physical demands described, including standing for most tasks and lifting delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area in storage areas, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Perform delivery work as a store delivery team member.
