About The Position

American Residential Services (ARS) is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 employees and over 45 years of experience serving homeowners nationwide. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Attendant/Warehouse person to support our field operations by transporting parts, materials, and equipment to job sites. This is a back-of-house position with limited customer interaction, focused on ensuring technicians and crews have the materials they need to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently throughout the day

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites.
• Load, unload, and secure materials for safe transport.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and field teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify delivery items and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Support warehouse and operations teams with additional duties as needed
