About The Position

Cougar USA, a subsidiary of Flow Control Group (FCG), is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Support to join their team. This role involves performing local deliveries and backhauls, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries to customers, and assisting with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to operate a delivery truck and forklift, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements

• 2–4 years of delivery/warehouse experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to operate forklift and delivery truck
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries and backhauls
• Communicate with customers and team members to ensure accurate deliveries
• Offload materials using pallet jacks/lift gates
• Verify delivered materials with customers
• Maintain delivery documentation and vehicle safety checks
• Assist with warehouse operations including loading/unloading and inventory
• Support order staging and warehouse organization
