About The Position

This role involves performing local deliveries and backhauls, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials. The position requires strong communication with customers and team members, verification of delivered materials, and maintenance of delivery documentation and vehicle safety. Additionally, the role supports warehouse operations such as loading/unloading, inventory management, order staging, and maintaining warehouse organization. Success in this role is measured by on-time, error-free deliveries, customer satisfaction, and safe driving performance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of delivery/warehouse experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to operate forklift and delivery truck
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries and backhauls
• Communicate with customers and team members to ensure accurate deliveries
• Offload materials using pallet jacks/lift gates
• Verify delivered materials with customers
• Maintain delivery documentation and vehicle safety checks
• Assist with warehouse operations including loading/unloading and inventory
• Support order staging and warehouse organization
