About The Position

Service Plus Aquatics Inc. (SPA Inc.) is a dynamic and growing company specializing in the commercial recreational aquatic industry. Established in 1989, we are recognized for our leadership in design/build, restoration and repair, and facility management services, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability. We are excited to share that in November, we will be moving into our state-of-the-art facility in Burlington, Ontario, providing a modern and well-equipped workspace for our growing team. We are seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to join our Client Services Division. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both independent and team-based work, and takes pride in maintaining organization, efficiency, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Valid G or DZ driver’s license with clean driving abstract
  • Forklift certification (Raymond Reach experience an asset)
  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or delivery coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage experience an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Eligible to work in Canada and bondable

Responsibilities

  • Workday begins at 6:00 A.M. (or as directed by Management)
  • 40–44 hour work week; overtime must be pre-approved in writing
  • Daily task lists and targets communicated the evening prior
  • Morning receiving and daily reporting
  • Minimum of six (6) deliveries per day required
  • Shipping, receiving, replenishment of stock, and RMA processing
  • Safe loading, unloading, and delivery of materials to project sites
  • Coordination with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • End-of-day organization of warehouse and completion of receiving activities
  • Build and prepare project skids and material kits as required
  • Chemical dispensing and preparation of project materials (e.g., starter kits, valve tags, CO₂ kits)
  • General facility upkeep (garbage removal, kitchen/bathroom stocking, cleanliness)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and safety inspections
  • Support fleet coordination and basic vehicle upkeep
  • General facility maintenance (including seasonal tasks such as snow removal)
  • Assist in preparing and organizing project materials and kits for dispatch
  • Support warehouse systems and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Scan and maintain inventory records in Sage
  • Support documentation for project billing
  • Participate in daily and weekly operational planning meetings
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding materials, inventory, and deliveries
