About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing operations team in a unique hybrid role supporting both Flour Events & Catering and Flour Pasta Company. This position combines catering deliveries with warehouse and production support, creating a fast-paced work environment where no two days are exactly alike. Mornings are often spent delivering catering orders, equipment, and rentals throughout the Cleveland area. Upon returning, you’ll transition into supporting our pasta manufacturing and warehouse operations by packing orders, preparing shipments, loading trucks, receiving inventory, and assisting wherever needed. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, likes staying busy, and takes pride in being the person the team can count on, this is an excellent opportunity.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Strong organizational and time management skills
Dependable with excellent attendance
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and event clients
Willingness to cross-train and assist wherever needed
Flexible schedule Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

Deliver catering orders, rentals, and equipment safely and on time
Transport supplies between facilities and event locations
Complete rental pickups following events
Communicate delivery updates, delays, or issues with the catering team
Pack pasta and prepare customer orders for shipment
Assist with shipping and receiving
Load and unload delivery trucks
Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
Help prepare products and supplies for production and distribution
Support both Flour Events & Catering and Flour Pasta Company wherever additional help is needed
