About The Position

SumnerOne is hiring a Delivery & Installation Driver to join our St. Louis, MO team. We are seeking a responsible, customer-focused associate to deliver, install, and support office equipment at customer locations. This role combines safe driving with hands-on equipment handling and basic technical setup, ensuring customers receive their solutions fully functional and ready to use. You're the face of SumnerOne in the field, and the backbone of our warehouse when you're back. If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want a consistent M-F schedule with no weekends, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurability under SumnerOne's vehicle policy
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English required to effectively communicate with team members and customers

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in delivery, driving, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Class E (CDL) preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Comfortable in an active, physical, hands-on environment
  • Professional and respectful in customer office environments
  • Able to work independently in the field and as part of a team back at the warehouse
  • Ability to lift, push, and maneuver equipment up to 75+ lbs regularly, with assistance
  • Must be insurable under SumnerOne's vehicle policy

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles (box trucks, vans) to deliver office equipment and supplies to customer locations across the St. Louis metro
  • Assist with general installation and positioning of office technology at customer sites using proper tools and techniques
  • Represent SumnerOne professionally at every customer interaction — you set the tone for the relationship
  • Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation
  • Once deliveries are complete, support warehouse operations including equipment staging, wrapping, organization, and route prep for upcoming deliveries
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work area at all times
  • Adapt and support wherever the team needs you — volume can shift with little notice
