Requirements

AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
MVR with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years
Minimum 1 year working for the Company in a Delivery Driver-2, Material Handler-2, or Retail Sales Rep-2 capacity, or
Minimum 3 years working elsewhere in a Driver, Warehouse Associate, or Retail capacity

Experience with safe driving practices and material handling equipment and processes is significant.
Experience with safe forklift driving practices, material handling equipment and processes, and face to face customer service is significant.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a class B or C vehicle, not requiring a CDL, to regularly perform deliveries to support customer purchases and improved relationship (which may include managing and replenishing consignments), recovering used batteries, performing customer installations.
Perform warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, reconditioning used batteries, and battery maintenance.
Assist in training others.
Record the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions.
May perform deliveries requiring DOT HOS records and medical clearance.
Experience with safe driving practices and material handling equipment and processes is significant.
Responsible for the selling of goods and to provide a positive customer experience on the selling floor, or via phone or email.
