About The Position

Seminole Office Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this dual role, you will be an integral part of our delivery operations, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of equipment to our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in warehouse duties including the efficient storage of materials, and the accurate picking, packing, and shipment of orders. Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency, boost profitability, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record (must pass company insurance requirements)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Capable of safely moving large rolling equipment up to 400 lbs.; lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma

• Forklift experience or license

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses via various routes.
• Follow routes and time schedules accurately and as assigned.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete paperwork and return it to dispatch.
• Report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor for direction.
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment with preventive care.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
