Delivery Driver (Sprinter/Cargo Van) - Raleigh
About The Position
The Delivery Driver role involves servicing approximately 100 local residential accounts per shift, which include a mix of household doorstep and walk-in office locations. Occasionally, drivers will deliver compostable goods to office and restaurant customers. Responsibilities include collecting 4-gallon bins containing food waste and leaving a clean, empty bin. Drivers must ensure customer locations are left clean and free of debris. At the end of the route, drivers return to the CompostNow warehouse to unload their van. Additional duties include pre- and post-trip safety/vehicle checks, weighing and recording bin weights, taking service notes, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. This role operates in a dynamic environment with new service testing and launches, requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn new operational updates to improve and expand impact.
Requirements
- Comfortable maneuvering large vehicles.
- Clean driving records.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with CompostNow safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements, and local, state, and federal laws.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
