About The Position
The Delivery Driver / Sales Support role is a dynamic position that combines efficient and timely delivery of products with proactive assistance to the sales team. Requirements
- Valid United States driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in a delivery driver role or similar position involving customer service.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and delivery tracking software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Safely and promptly deliver products to customers across assigned routes within the United States.
- Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures to confirm receipt of goods.
- Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback and supporting order entry and tracking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and inventory levels to ensure data integrity.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure operational safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed.
