About The Position

Leonard’s Syrups is a family owned and operated business that employs over one hundred employees. We have been in business since 1964, starting with manufacturing Soda syrups and continuing to grow the company by adding services which are related to this core competency. These other services include installing and Servicing bar equipment, servicing the soda systems, and supporting our customers with CO2 to use for their systems. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Floater Delivery Driver to join our team. As a vital member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for transporting bag-in-the-box syrups to various customer locations efficiently and safely. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to adapt to changing delivery routes and demands. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, exceptional driving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents within the past five years.
Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles, preferably in a delivery or transportation role.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including bulk CO2 cylinders and bag-in-the-box syrup containers (50 lbs. or more)
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Ability to adapt to changing delivery routes and demands.
Basic computer skills for completing electronic logs and paperwork.
Must pass drug screen and background check.
