About The Position

This position offers a base hourly wage of $21.85 per hour, plus bonus based on company performance. The role involves transporting Sheetz products to various Sheetz Stores in a safe and timely manner.

Requirements

Must be minimum of 21 years old and eligible to engage in interstate travel.
Minimum 5 years of driving experience required.
Valid state issued driver's license required.
Valid Medical Examiners Certificate (medical card) in accordance with DOT Guidelines required (must obtain and maintain post job offer).

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Must consistently demonstrate respectful and professional behavior including interactions between customers and Sheetz employees.
Load and unload product in a manner that ensures safety and minimal risk of damage to product. Verify that product is being held and delivered at appropriate temperatures to maintain product integrity, appearance and safety.
Inspect truck for defects and safe operating condition before, during, and after trips and submit written report on the condition of the vehicle at the end of each trip.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and comply with all federal, state and local regulations for safe operation of a motor vehicle.
Report all accidents involving driver and/or company vehicle.
Report delays due to breakdowns, weather or traffic conditions or other emergencies, or in the event of irregularities to pick-up or delivery.
Complete all necessary paperwork related to truck operations and movements with accuracy.
