About The Position

Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of orders to long term care facilities, while ensuring total customer satisfaction. Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.
  • High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, climb stairs and walk throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Limited lifting up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • 0-2 years previous experience in a related position.
  • Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician (for Vermont Employees).
  • Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy Technician (for New Hampshire Employees).

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle.
  • Comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent.
  • Accurately package and prepare items for facility delivery.
  • Schedule delivery route in the most efficient manner to ensure timely delivery with least travel required.
  • Complete all paperwork and proper filing.
  • Ensure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior.
  • Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed.
  • Pick up medications and/or supplies from other facilities.
  • Keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment.
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Read and sign the Fleet Management Policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
