Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Physical ability to stand, walk, speak, and hear throughout the shift
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and delivery procedures

Responsibilities

• Team up with a Delivery Driver to complete a planned route.
• Ensure every customer receives their correct orders, delivered to the right spot and on time.
• Review delivery plans and load the truck at the beginning of the day.
• Assist in unloading products at customer locations.
• Ensure each stop receives the correct items per the customer's specifications.
• Build strong working relationships with customers as the face of W.B. Mason.
• Stay in communication with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and delivery procedures.
