About The Position

We are hiring a full-time Delivery Driver / Furniture Installer to deliver, assemble, and install furniture for apartment communities throughout the Kansas City area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in delivery driving, furniture delivery, warehouse work, moving, construction, general labor, installation, or assembly work. No furniture installation experience? No problem. We provide training for reliable people who are ready to work hard and grow with our company. This is an active, hands-on position. Regular lifting and carrying of furniture weighing 85+ pounds Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and stair climbing Deliveries to first-, second-, and third-floor apartments Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions If you enjoy physical work and staying active throughout the day, you'll likely be a great fit.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license required
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Drive a company box truck to delivery locations throughout the Des Moines metro area
Deliver furniture to apartment communities and residential units
Carry, move, and install furniture safely
Assemble furniture and complete basic setup
Work as part of a small delivery and installation team
Assist with warehouse organization and inventory movement
Provide professional customer service during deliveries
