About The Position

Relief Factor is hiring a Delivery Driver / Fulfillment Associate for its Kirkland, Washington team. The role combines approximately 60% fulfillment work and 40% local driving. Employees work in the Fulfillment Center and make local deliveries and pickups using a company cargo van or other Relief Factor-owned or rented vehicles. The position supports safe, accurate, and efficient fulfillment operations and transportation of products and equipment.

Full-time employees work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Part-time schedules are also available Monday through Friday, with hours scheduled between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM. The role offers $22–$23.50 per hour and is based in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on safety, accuracy, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Washington State driver's license.
• At least 1 year of driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and others.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload products and equipment.
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required; marijuana is not tested.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory control or inventory counts.
• Familiarity with FEFO (First-Expiring, First-Out) practices.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, delivery, or logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and put away incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Complete value-added steps to prepare products for shipment.
• Apply shipping labels accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and other fulfillment activities as needed.
• Safely load and unload the company cargo van, handling products and equipment with care.
• Drive a company cargo van between the Fulfillment Center, medical clinics, corporate office, and other local destinations.
• Safely operate Relief Factor-owned or rented vehicles.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Represent Relief Factor professionally when interacting with clinics, office teams, and other local partners.
