About The Position

As a Delivery Expert, you are the mechanism for delivering fast and delectably delicious pizzas to our hungry customers. As such, enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency are essential to success in this role. Additionally, the ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Our Dream Pizza Inc. image standards is required – you are the face of the brand!

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have one year of driving history.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards.
Must possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses.
Ability to direct activities.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work alone and with others.
Ability to work under stress.
Ability to meet strict quality control standards.
Ability to coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Ability to analyze and compile data.
Ability to make sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Hand-eye coordination required for the use of shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding of cardboard pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas to customers.
Navigate to customer locations within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically with customers.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Take inventory.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler.
Complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously.
Make correct monetary change.
Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
