Part-Time Delivery Driver & Customer Service
About The Position
Auto Value is hiring a part-time Store Delivery Driver & Store Support team member. The role combines local deliveries of automotive parts to customers and business partners with customer service and hands-on assistance with store operations. The driver follows assigned routes, handles delivery documentation, loads and secures products, maintains the delivery vehicle, and performs basic vehicle checks. When not driving, the team member assists customers and supports freight processing, stocking, paint mixing, returns, inventory organization, and general store upkeep. The position suits a dependable, customer-focused, safety-conscious person who can work independently and as part of a team. Automotive experience is preferred but not required. Employees working a regular schedule of 30 hours per week may be eligible for ACA medical coverage. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Comfort with driving and spending part of the day on the road.

Nice To Haves
- Basic automotive parts knowledge or previous retail/customer service experience.
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts and products to customers and business partners.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and complete additional deliveries as needed.
- Provide friendly, professional service during customer interactions.
- Pick up parts and products from customers or other store locations.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and communicate with the store team about deliveries.
- Load, secure, and transport parts safely.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Perform basic vehicle checks, including checking fluid levels, and report maintenance concerns.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and questions.
- Check in and organize incoming freight.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Assist with paint mixing and other automotive product needs.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.
- Support teammates with other store responsibilities as needed.
