About The Position

Join Refinish Supply Company (RSC), a division of Automotive Parts Headquarters (APH), where you'll play an important role supporting professional body shops and retail customers throughout your community. This is more than a delivery position—you'll be a trusted partner to our customers by delivering products, assisting with paint mixing, answering questions, and helping ensure our store operates smoothly every day. Requirements

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to understand and follow federal and state driving regulations
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with store operations and inventory processes is a plus
Automotive parts, paint, collision repair, or sales experience preferred—but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn!

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately deliver automotive paint, supplies, and related products to customers on scheduled routes or as needed
Pick up products and customer returns from shops and other locations
Build strong relationships with customers by providing friendly, knowledgeable service
Mix automotive paint and coatings according to customer specifications (training provided)
Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product questions and order requests
Process customer returns and help resolve customer concerns
Check in freight and assist with inventory and store organization
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Keep company vehicles clean and perform routine checks of fluids and vehicle condition
Complete delivery paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
