Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year working as a CDL Driver.
  • Valid DOT CDL with medical card, and hazmat endorsement.
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years.
  • Advanced knowledge of courteous and safe driving procedures, DOT/HOS requirements, and hazardous materials (HAZCOM) safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (with group lifting for heavier weights) and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of Company products and services.
  • Deliver products, pick up used batteries, and maintain and replenish consignment products for customers.
  • Plan efficient routes and ensure proper, safe stocking of your vehicle.
  • Perform battery installations, load and offload vehicles, and prepare shipments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions and strictly follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
  • Train personnel on mastered job processes, techniques, and procedures.
  • Support our warehouse operations.
  • Perform deliveries to support customer purchases.
  • Recover used batteries.
  • Perform customer installations.
  • Complete warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, and inventory control.
