Your day to day as a Delivery Driver CDL-A As a Part-Time Delivery Driver CDL-A at Upper Lakes Foods, you’ll take the wheel of a tractor trailer, navigating the roads while ensuring timely deliveries of our diverse product range, including meat, produce, frozen goods, and more. Your role will involve manually unloading these products using a two-wheeler on metal truck ramps, where your customer service skills will shine as you create a positive experience at each site. Safety is a top priority, so you'll operate in full compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, ensuring that every delivery is not only efficient but also secure. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL is required.
Ability to safely transport product using a two-wheel cart where weight of all products can be up to 500lbs.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 60 pounds.
Familiarity with software for pre-trip inspections and invoice verification.
Ability to maintain delivery schedules.
Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and integrity.

Responsibilities

Take the wheel of a tractor trailer, navigating the roads while ensuring timely deliveries of our diverse product range, including meat, produce, frozen goods, and more.
