About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This position performs daily deliveries on a set route, focusing on outstanding customer service, loading/unloading vehicles, and collecting COD and cash orders. The schedule is Monday-Friday, typically from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with potential for overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 23 years old or older.
• Commercial Driver License: Class A; (H) Hazardous Materials.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
• Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines and requirements during the hiring process.
• One of the following: 1 year tractor-trailer driving experience, 2 years commercial motor vehicle driving experience - Class A, or 2 years full-time work experience and satisfactory completion of a truck driving program (approved by company).

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer truck and follow all safety procedures.
• Follow safety procedures per training manual.
• Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Provide quality customer service during every interaction.
• Collect and handle cash on deliveries.
