About The Position
AP Couriers/OnWay Transport is seeking delivery drivers and auto-part couriers to deliver auto parts in the Elston/Northern area of Chicago, Illinois, with additional locations throughout the Chicago area. Drivers use a delivery mobile app to manage assignments and track deliveries, and follow GPS directions and delivery instructions. The posting states hours of 8 AM to 5 PM and a settlement of $145 per complete assignment. A $50 referral payment is offered for each successful referral.
Requirements
- Work as an independent contractor/driver.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a clean and current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Have valid vehicle registration and insurance.
- Have a reliable vehicle.
- Be able to follow GPS directions without issue.
- Have excellent time-management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver auto parts promptly and securely.
- Follow GPS directions and delivery instructions accurately.
- Use a delivery mobile app to manage assignments and track deliveries.
- Perform light physical labor, including bending, lifting, and carrying packages.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
