Requirements

• Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements
• Experience managing a nimble, fast-growing team
• Computer skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excels at independent, unsupervised work
• Personal cell phone to communicate with drivers in emergency situations
• Doesn’t shy away from holding people accountable

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years experience in dispatching/driving role preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and assisting in the daily delivery of our boxes.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of drivers who ultimately ensure that our customers have a great overall experience.
• Assisting Delivery Managers in ensuring a successful assembly and delivery of customer orders.
