About The Position

CarShop is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to ensure every customer has a seamless and memorable experience when taking delivery of their vehicle. In this role, you'll coordinate vehicle deliveries, prepare delivery paperwork, educate customers on their new vehicle, and serve as the final step in creating an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
Comfortable explaining information and demonstrating vehicle features to customers

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to establish personal sales and income goals and implement a plan of action to achieve goals
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate via face-to-face, phone, or by other means of communication.
Able to effectively promote the value and benefits of products and services using multiple communications methods, adjusting communication style as required
Ability to understand, keeps abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact retail automotive sales
Computer proficiency
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with the Sales Team
Prepare delivery paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
Review purchase paperwork with customers and answer questions during the delivery process
Explain available protection plans and aftermarket products
Introduce customers to the Service Department and available maintenance programs
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and operating functions to ensure customers feel comfortable with their purchase
Work closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready and appointments stay on schedule
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
Maintain accurate records and support additional dealership operations as needed
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
