See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview : The Delivery Coordinator supports all day‑to-day sales operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This dynamic role assists with showroom and boat show setup, cleaning, minor rigging, unloading and staging boats, administrative tasks, photography, and website postings. The position reports to the Sales Lead or General Manager. The Delivery Coordinator must maintain strong product knowledge of all boats, motors, trailers, accessories, and safe boating practices. They will complete required training and stay current on new and updated products. Key responsibilities include conducting customer orientations on new purchases, demonstrating product features, reviewing service schedules, and reinforcing safe boating practices. The role also supports sales by engaging customers in the showroom and at off‑site events. Additional duties include delivering boats to customers, transporting boats between store locations, and consistently projecting professionalism in appearance and communication.
